I have a claim for a faulty washing machine with Makro stores with an extended warranty and it's now taken 2 and a half weeks for them to even call me to explain what the problem is. It is pathetic the way the situation is handled and that i have to continuously call them to find they have no solution yet. I'm stuck without a washing machine, it's winter and it's costing me time off work running up-and-down to get my washing done. please don't ever buy a whirlpool machine from Makro or in fact anything from Makro- you will never get it repaired under warranty

09 Jul 2019, 11:20Apologies does not bring back all the time I have to spend running after Makro's team to get answers. This mornings calls was over 40 minutes. I don't believe that this will be solved today and I will for sure still advise anyone not to buy from Makro at all
