Makro

I recently utilized Makro's online shopping website, I purchased two external hard drives. After payment and receiving the confirmation email I received an email from Makro stating that they have cancelled the order, due to the pricing being incorrect on the website and I should refer to the terms and conditions under "obvious" errors. This is fine, but after reading the terms and conditions as well as the consumer protection act it is clear once payment is made and confirmation received they can not just cancel the transaction without my agreement. I attempted to get hold of their complaints department regarding this matter but apparently they could care less about their customers. I will never use their online website again and would advise other to do the same unless you are fine with ********** advertising practices.
