MAKRO 2 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY USELESS & A HUGE CON

Bought Makro 2 year Extended Warranty for R13000 Dell Laptop. Screen went white for no reason while using and was shocked to find out that their extended warranty can only be used for NOTHING AT ALL basically. Is this legal?
