Makro 2-5 days delivery (per the online site) still not delivered after two months

On 31 July 2022 (two months ago), I placed an order with Makro - order number MAK***. The order was a split delivery. Part has never been delivered. 23 emails later and I have still not received my goods. On 8 September, I was told by Thembisile Shongwe (email) that she would follow up with the store. Nothing yet 20 days later. Every time I email Makro it takes at least three days to respond. PLEASE DELIVER MY ORDER. This is shocking service. Please email only. Do not call.
