Makro

I placed an order online with Makro on the 12th of December. Makro sent me an order number same day. The delivery date is 19 December from the start. I logged on to Makro to track order and the order was not yet processed. On 17 December I phoned Makro, and they promised me to process my order immediately. Today 18 December i phoned again to ask why my order is still not processed. Now they will hand it over to the supervisor and they will phone me. Still waiting. This is poor service.
