On 14 March 2020 I sent my Russell Hobbs to Makro Winderboom*** for repairs as it's broken, corona/lockdown happened & everything stopped, I went to check it when lockdown was relaxed May or June after getting message from Makro that it's ready for collection, to my surprise it wasn't fixed & no reasons given & even the lady didn't know what to say & she demanded I take it, as I was about to take it I noticed it's not flat on the floor, only to find it has 2 wheels missing, I refused to take it & left, they kept quiet & never called,28 September 2020 a manager name unknown calls yelling that if I don't come to take my fan they are going to sell it, I told him to please go ahead, I was surprised as it was the first time they called since I took the fan there & I never said I wouldn't fetch it as it's my fan after all,when I told him the reason I couldnt take the fan then it was because it was short of 2 wheels he asked which proof do I have that I brought it with 4 wheels, I said I know so because it's my fan, I searched for the slip & it confirmed that it had wills as they noted any damages(on their slip it only said scratches & that it's broken & no mention of missing something inspected by Pakiso) I left what I was doing & rushed there to hear what's up & take it,the same arrogant,aggressive, threatening manager refused to see me when called instead gave me to Pakiso.who then looked for other wheels from what seems to be other customers s fans brought to be fixed.I took my fan & left still the so called manager refusing to see me nor explain why my fan was never fixed.when I arrived home wheeling the fan I noticed that where 1 wheel fits, it has broken & can no longer fit properly,scratches on the fan that were never there, got an Home of Living brand(Pty) Ltd *** invoice that showed I would have been billed R300 for repairs but it was never carried out not sure why, statement to Amap JHB under under guarantee account/invoice not for payment dated 2020/05/27,so not sure why it's not fixed.pls help
