Makro 14 days policy

I bought a bicycle at makro in pretoria on the 13 Sept 2018 for my 2 year old son. On Tuesday 18 i return it to the shop because it was givin him problem with a left pedal and they refuse to exchange it they only replace a pedal. On Thursday 20 September 2018 its bicycle seat just fell off and wen i take it back they refuse to exchange it, but weni bought it last week they said if its gives me a problem within 14 days they will exchange it bt if its give me problem after 14 days they will send it for repair. Im disappointed about their quality and their 14 days policy because it broken within 7 days
