Makro!!!!

Had very bad customer experience from Makro in June. Bought a fridge cash for 8000 cash after 3 days realised the rubbers are not correct. We mail them and they send defy technicians which says its a broken fridge, it needs to be replaced. We were told no stock nd we understood due to looting but damn its almost 2 months we sitting with an item that no one will even follow up on. The annoyig part is they cant even offer to have it collected after i spent money to pay someone to collect. Mailed them today and still no response. Pathetic
