I brought my daughters bubble gum tablet in on the 19th of January. When i came to fetch it today, the protective cover was missing. The very rude and obnoxious lady with the name Tisha Kandhailall made me a **** as she booked it in. I never took that cover off. And now i must accept a tablet without a cover, because of your employers who couldn't inform me that the cover must stay with me. This is not the first time thag i have experienced such horrible ways of employee's treatment towards customers. Telling me that they check the footage and there wasn't a cover but they can't show me the video to proof. I hate makro!!!!!
