Makro online doesn't even deserve 1 star! The service is horrible!!

I placed an order on 4 May, today is 30 May and delivery has not taken place to date!! How is that even possible?? When I called the call centre, none of the agents could assist . They were also clueless as to why the order hasn't been delivered.

As a result of this unreasonably long delay, I had to cancel some of the orders as I no longer required the food items. I made the cancellation on 9 May, however I still haven't received my refund for these items (15 working days later). Their policy is that refunds are made within 7 - 14 working days. Today is day 15!

Makro online is a hot mess! What a joke!
