Their service is soo bad , full of lies no transparency. Makro is a **** we ordered chairs and the headboard from them on the 1st December 2025 and expected delivery was on the 10th. But we never received the order and there was no update until we called them. And they said we must give them atleast 2 to 3 days which we did but still. We contacted them again and they said they escalated the matter and they are waiting for the supplier they can’t get hold of the supplier, I asked them to provide me with the name of the supplier and they refused and I asked them for the number they said they don’t have that was shocking me then because how can you don’t have the number of the company that you are working with. When I called again they said is the courier that is delaying I requested the courier number but no help. I asked them they’re going to escalate until when and how are we going to know what is happening. They must please give us a call , they said unfortunately they don’t make call outs. As now I’m still waiting and it seems like I’m gonna get help from them.Please help me
