I order again from Makro online to my deepest dissapointment. I stay outside Pretoria but the store they selected for me is Vaal. Nearly 300km away from me. I recieved a notice that I have to go pick it up at the store. 2 items were delivered seperately total amount of those was R240. I went in to Makro Wonderboom to ask if I can pick it up but was told NO. Spoke to vaal on the phone eventually was to best to cancel the order or pay extra R360 for delivery. RIDICULOUS AS I ASKED FOR DELIVERY IN THE FIRST PLACE. The order was cancelled and part of the funds returned to me today. According to them the 2 items delivered seperately now cost R649 95. Returned invoice I tjonk this is a shame as the fault was on their side when they could just let me pick up my order at Wonderboom. I will take my bussiness elsewhere.
