Mako carnival mall not very helpfull to their clients

In December 2022 i bought a Polariod Smart watch for my husband, for his birthday in January. So i gave him the watch on his birthday he loaded the software and it said it is not compatible with his samsung phone, so we charged the watch, on the leaflet it says battery life 7-10 days battery life, i went to makro and explained the situation and they werent very eager to help sending me from one person to another, i just think that they can at least make an effort to help their customers, i have been a loyal shopper for many years, and i am definitely not very happy, so if your watch isnt compatible, you must be able to exchange the watch for something that is compatible with your phone
