Makelro systems not check8ng stock availability BEFORE order is paid. And taking their sweet time to refund!

Only after placing an order and paying for it , Makro comes back and says they have cancelled some of the items because there is no stock available😲! Doesn't their system check na before we pay? Now thwy talk about refund of 2-10 working days, so I cannot even go order somewhere else because my money is not back in my account. So ****ed off🥺!
