Make arrangements of when will the other phone will be delivered or make a refund

I received a bad treatment at makro sa online I've ordered two iphone xr and makro only delivered one and I have been calling with no help at makro.i would like to get a refund or may you please make an arrangement of when I should expect the other phone..its been days now without hearing from them and I am very frustrated.
