MAK756878 _ Order not delivered

I placed an order online at Makro on the 7th of December to date my parcel hasn't arrived. I have made follow up calls and sent numerous emails with no response. The system indicated that it was going to be delivered before 25 December but it was not delivered and I don't know what to do. What is more frustration is that now the system reflect as if the order was delivered successfully. I will never order from them again.
