MAK693077 - NON DELIVERY (Order placed 22.11.2017)

I am still waiting for my delivery MAK693077 placed on the 22.11.2017.

My account has been debited and I even paid for delivery but no one can tell me when I will receive my goods.

You phone the on-line call centre and you get the standard response that they experiencing and extremely high volume of calls. What a load of *******, I'm calling at 8am when they open.

The one time I did get through I was told it was being sent to the courier for delivery and they would call me soon. That was 3 days ago. Last night I received an e-mail saying they were out of stock. Unacceptable!

I have Christmas presents on this order and would like it delivered before Christmas PLEASE!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can I have an update or more importantly a delivery date for my stock? If you don't have it ALL, please can you tell me what you are short? I will even come pick it up the balance even though I paid for delivery. Your urgent attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
