I originally ordered on the 27/72015. after much battling it was eventually decided on the 10th that I would be refunded in full. it is now the 21st and still no refund. this is completely unacceptable, nobody contacts me, and when I make contact I get told it will be sorted ASAP. i was told refund takes 3-5 days, looks like 3-5 weeks might be more accurate. <br> <br> <br> pls sort this out <br>
