MAK*** - Can't supply and not giving refund!!!! WORST!!!!!!!
I placed an order online 15.08.2024. MAK***. on 21.08.2024 I received email stating that they do not have stock of the item and will have to refund me. Natasha Robain & Nobuhle Mkwa**** is just ignoring me completely. Sending them emails daily to find out about my refund and when it will be in my account. But I am not receiving ANY response from them. Not as much as update.
DO you really call this customer service? Ignoring your customer when you have to return the money because you did not receive the item you paid for.
Terrible service!!!!!
