I have made a purchase at Makro online for a "Generic Electric Bluetooth Enabled Water Resistant Scooter - Grey Scooter Ride On (Grey)" the payment was accepted and processed this one a gift for my son's birthday a day later they cancel my order due to "stock unavailability" and I am told I will be refunded in 14 days. I checked the scooter on their website and noticed that it is still in-stock instead price has changed to R 2500 from the time when I initially purchased it for R 1190. It took me 10mins to complete the purchase with my last money now I have to wait 14 days to get my money back and I will not have gift for my son's birth I am LIVID and I do not accept their apology. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED BY MAKRO!!!
