i bought something online at makro webside on the 3rd of October 2023, then the order was send on the 5th of October then on the 6th of october i returned the order back, i receive an email from Normal stating that they are processing my refund then i took two weeks then last week i spoke to him again then he said he is escalating to online it will take 72 hours , then i gave them extra two days hoping that i will get my refund yesterday i spoke to another agent she dropped my call, today the 10 of Nover i spoke to Bonolo she said it escalated to refund every day there is a new story the fact that they have to refund back my month its almost a month my matter been escalated Bonolo doesn't know the turn around time for the refund to be paid
