I have been ordering at Makro for the past few years with know issues. Recently I have placed an order and I was told the is a delay with no specific reason and when I reach out via WhatsApp by I was told they are short of drivers, and they told me they don’t even know when this issue will be resolved. When you call they don’t pick up and on WhatsApp yo get a response after 3 hours which is something new to me.

Please note that I am still waiting for the order that was placed on the 28th Nov 2024,and according to my previous experience if the order is handed over to courier they deliver the same day.I need my order my need my order to be delivered today or cancel it.order number *** it’s 9 working days now with no delivery.
