Made a online purchase on 12 March, their agreement is they deliver in 5 days. Today is 4 April and still not delivered. Phoned the Call Centre 20 times, worse call Centre, they just say they will escalate and in 20 days nobody phoned back. Asked for their head office and they have a number that doesn't exist. Empty promises, need a refund or the item purchase immediately
