I made an online purchase on the 17th of August 2022 for R3999. I bought a Defy built in stove and on the website it states that I will receive my order in 3-5 business days however till now I have not receive my order. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Makro to date. The Makro staff does not care about their customers their staff and managers do not keep to their promises to call and give feedback if they are experiencing any challenges. I will never buy from Makro again the service is very poor. Very unhappy and disappointed customer.
