I bought an HP laptop online, black in colour but I received a silver laptop. If you advertise something and we buy it, deliver what's on the pictures. I'm disappointed in the "false advertising" . When I call the support line, nobody answers or I'm out on hold till I hang up. Please rectify this makro MAK***

No laptop hasn't been used. I opened it and saw it's not what I ordered then put it back in the box. Calling your support line ***is a waste of time as I wasted almost R100 holding on and calling again. Please rectify this. I want a black HP laptop as advertised. Thanking you in advance
