Placed an order for the office a week ago, order was supposed to arrive last Thursday and every time I call they say they're escalating to Makro Germiston (who are 4km from us) and nothing else happens. Where is my order?

27 Feb 2026, 08:58Good day, still haven't received my order since you escalated this query on the 24th. I'm still chasing Makro who don't seem to care that we don't have our order or our money. Is there no one that can do anything about this, it's been 11 days since my order, if we used Pick n Pay or Checkers we could have got our order the same day.

R5,665.02 was taken off my credit card on the 17th February and it's the 3rd of March and I still don't have my order. Feel like I've been ****med.
