Macro Woodmead not sending a technician or replacing my Defy Double Door Fridge- Macro Woodmead, Johannesburg.

I bought a Defy double door fridge from Makro on 18 October 2024, two months later it stopped working even though the power is on, and the light is on however it is not freezing or cooling the food. It is room temperature.

I reported the issue to Macro Woodmead on 06 January 2025, i have since been waiting and the fridge has not been replaced or technician sent to check it. I have been following up with no luck.
