Macro warehouse closing when customers are still inside

On the 27th I went to buy a stove I had to go around to see anyone who can help eventually I found someone and he helped to decide on a stove that I wanted to buy, just when I am about to pay he said the warehouse is closed so I wouldn't be able to get it today. The shop was not even closed it was about to close. They must put a note somewhere to let us know when to buy and when not to buy. I had transport that day I had to come back again on Saturday and pay transport R218 because I couldn't buy a stove on Thursday.
