Macro Online shopping

I am very disappointed with the online services from Macro online. I ordered a top loader washing machine and steam Iron on Saturday the 25/01/2025 and it was set to be collected on Monday the 27/01/2025. On Monday morning I have received a message informing me that my order will be delayed, and I will informed when I should come collect my order.

Up to today I haven't yet received any update on when I should collect my order. I had to call in on Tuesday the 28/01/2025 to enquire of what is it that is taking so long to release my order and how long should I wait for it because I ordered that agent hence my washing machine and iron broke. I only got told that one item is ready and the other one they still waiting and looking on the other stores if they have one. But till today no update, they just don't care.

This is bad service I'm extremally disappointed with such a big store like this... Or is this how this store operates?
