Macro online refusing to refund
I have written twice to HellPeter regarding the sale: (POP for purchase MAK***) which I cancelled at the beginning of Never 2019. As yet Macro has not done any refunding. I received and responded to a second request for POP, Id document and banking details on 22:01:2020. As yet I Macro responded with their usual dead silence. Is there any other way of getting them to refund me my money? It is a disgrace. Really!!!
