Macro Online delivery - must be the worse delivery ever !!!
How in todays age can a huge company like Macro have such an incredibly bad delivery service ? Ordered online - simple order - 12 Nov - email said delivery would be 14 Nov -NOTHING - next got some form of delivery notice from Wumdrop - saying delivery would be Saturday 16 Nov - guess what NO delivery - so today is 18 November - not bad 6 days and 2 waste your time promises to deliver - app says order in progress - wow even tried calling in to ask whats going on - that got me nowhere ! I really find it amazing that this is so unreliable !! I can things from China with Temu even faster !!!!

I call in to track the order as now my mobile says the order is with the courrier - WUMdrop - so i call WUMdrop - they do not have my order - nothing !! tried again to call Makro help - they say speak to centurion branch - give me a number - *** - guess what they read the s**** hours and drop the call !! honestly - how can makro online be this bad - how ?? hoe can you not even find what you ordered - today is 10 days since i placed the order - 10 days !! I really think its time to ask someone to showcase this amaizing service on TV !! you cannot get worse !!! its not possible !!! WOW !!! i am so scared to cancel the order - will i ever see my money !!! if you cannot even do a simple order and delivery !!
