Macro your Service with regards to refunds Sucks!!!!!,you have absolutely no respect for you customers, How can it take your finance dept. a month to refund an online purchase. Then why offer the service in the first instance .No one responds to the emails being sent, absolotely no feedback ,its a disgrace
