Macro is USELESS

Do NOT trust Makro for online purchases, especially if you have a business, relying on online purchases; because your business will not survive. Makro's service is utterly shocking and incredibly ***********. We ordered 4 wringer bucket trolleys online on the 7th of July. Delivery was promised by the latest the 17th. On the 16th we called in to find out why the order has not left the depo yet. A very disinterested lady assured us that we would receive it on time, on the 17th. On the 17th we called Customer Services, who told us the order had not been dispatched yet, and that we will receive it on Monday (today), 4 days later than the promised date. This morning we called Customer Services again to make sure we will receive our order today, as our customers are complaining. We were simply told that somebody will call us back later. No phone call yet, but then we received a SMS that stated our order is cancelled, and that a refund is scheduled because the item us "out of stock". The refund? We can expect it exactly a month after we placed the order! We did not ask for our order to be cancelled. We do not have to wait for a refund. We want the order we placed TO BE DELIVERED!
