Macro Failed to deliver my goods
i bought appliances at Macro online on the 27th January , on the 28 i got a call from Polokwane store saying the delivery is on the way to my house. I waited even today am still waiting. i called the store on the 29 they promise to deliver even today is the 3 March, am still waiting ðŸ˜

16 Feb 2026, 13:43on the 9 February i cancelled my order due to failure of delivery. since from the 09 till now they said they are waiting for the feedback from relevant team. Hello Peter please help me to get my money back because they way is going i feel ****med.

i just want to let you know that i got an email from Makro that says my refund is initiated and approved. They said it will be paid within 7 to 14 days , atleast one step forward thou we cannot celebrate because is Makro it may take forever.. thank you guys for your support
