Macro crown mines sold me a faulty defy fridge and they are reluctant to fix the problems.

I bought a fridge at macro crown mines on the 23rd of November 2018. And within two weeks the fridge was giving problems . Food was rotting in the fridge .It used to freeze to a point where you couldn't open it .I called macro to come sort out the problem ,I called for three weeks and they kept telling they are bring someone someone . Eventually after three week of calling them and practically begging then to come they sent people from dety ,which is the brand of the fridge I bought. All defy did when they come was adjust the feet on which the fridge stood on and then told me that the ground is level that's why the fridge is not working . The fridge is still not fixed and it has even gotten worse so I would like to get my money back or a new fridge that is functioning properly . I have suffered a great loss. because of the fridge ,I was throwing food away every second day. I am tired and begging macro to fix the fridge . Please assist
