Macro cancels big online orders and holds money hostage for weeks

On 7 September 2025 I bought a La Germania gas stove, and received confirmation that the purchase was successful and would be delivered on 13 September 2025

11 September 2025 I was unceremoniously notified of a succesful refund and cancelation of my purchase I would like to voice my utter disappointment and anger at how your team managed this,

An oven is an expensive item, R10000, when your team realised that it is out of stock, you should have phoned me and given me the option to keep the money in Macro credit or select a different item.

Instead you did not phone, you did not email and you did not give me any options,

You just proceeded to do a refund that will only be in my account by 1 October 2025.

We have arranged installation with an Electrician and Gas guy for COC on Monday, because it was supposed to be delivered today.

This is unacceptable,
