Machine not being repaired under gaurantee

<p>Good day on the 9th of september last year 2016 we bough a defy washing machine for 3000 cash the sales person said that all components are coverd under warranty 4months later the machine just stared leaking water we phoned a technician from defy he came and have a look and said we must pay 1500 to repair because we where neglent evryones clothes have coin stuck or curtain railing but they now said they wil Not replace we must pay firstly the sales lady didint told us the washing bin is made out of plastick instead of steel i will never buy from Makro edenvale again or no defy Brand my mother is a elderly citizen and we tought by geting her a new machine it wil make her life much easier please people makro are full of ****** this can happen to anyone wil they like it ive the shop owner buy new car and tomorow brakedown and his waranty says sorry this is real bad service</p>
