Machine manhandled by the workshop when repairing.

Purchased a Kenwood homebake mixer from Makro May last year. After 1 month it stopped working and had to take it back to Makro. Got it back with a lot of scuff marks and scratches. Had to take it back March this year as it would stop working in the middle of a cycle. Got it back today with a couple of extra marks. The machine looks like an old one and we definitely do not manhandle our products. Told the lady at returns about it and they do not even bother making a note of it. All they write down is fair condition. I am very upset about this matter.
