M-WHACK-RO Online *****

I ordered x2 humidifiers from Makro on the 22nd of September. Upon delivery on the 28th of September, I asked the driver why there was x1 box and he said he can’t get involved in quantity conversations, his job is just to deliver what is handed to him. I opened the box and just as I’d expected, there was only x1 humidifier in there. I immediately emailed Makro to make them aware. Needless to say, their customer service has been appalling, to say the least – from their email support team to their social media community managers. It’s been almost a month now and I still haven’t received a resolution for my issue and I am not receiving responses when I request a refund. It’s giving *****. It’s giving pay back the money for x1 unfulfilled order.

This was quite a small order, so I shudder to think how they resolve issues regarding bigger and more expensive orders.

Needless to say, I will never shop Makro online ever again.
