Lying ways
My fridge door had a gash upon unwrapping the last layer of protection covers. It was promptly photographed and reported directly at the store of purchase. Apparently the manager was immediately to attend to me and is on his way for over half an hour. I had to leave and sent proof on email and requested feedback. To date no one has accepted responsibility for that feedback. Everyone at RETURNS AT MAKRO CORNUBIA is unable to attend to the return including the Store Manager.
