********LY CANCELLING MY ORDER I PAID FOR ONLINE

I am veery unhappy. Thursday 18 Dec 2025 I place an order with Makro Online, buying a Generic Portable Pop Up Dome Camping Tent Water Resistance Tent - For Camping (White, Green, Yellow) for R1230 at a discount price. The system accepts my payment as at the time there is stock.

Today 22 Dec 2025 I am advised the seller cancelled onesidedly the transaction and will refund me telling there is no stock. Please keep in mind I bought it on the Makro website, not my issue who supply them. This is a legal binding transaction as on 18 Dec 2025 we agreed on a price and they accepted my payment and I received an email to confirm that. Please note the email content: "Your order has been handed to our courier partner on December 18, 12:13 PM." therefore they state the product was already handed to the courier partner ... so where did it disappear to now?

Then I logged in to Makro again today 22 Dec 2025 to check the same product. And, yes it is available but now at R1674 ... R444 MORE!!!

There is stock even from another supplier, but they cancelled my order. Makro should honour my order and give me the tent they are absorbing the R444, as they misled me on the website at the time.

I need MAKRO to give me my order, period!! I attached proof of order, email and the New price on their website.
