Luckily no 0 star option available

After trying multiple times to buy a 8tb external drive from you online, I finally gave up and told my wife let's get in the car and drive to Makro Cape Gate and do all of our shopping there. After the initial 2999 rand for the external, we bought multiple other things which I would say would add up to close to R10000 in spending. When I wanted to pay, I was abruptly shown to the customer services counter as I was suppose to have a makro card in order to purchase anything from the store. Where in the world have I missed this? I was so irritated from this that I told my wife let's leave it, and we went to the mall where we got everything we had to leave at Makro. I know you guys are a big company, and that my R10000 doesn't amount to anything, but it makes me feel better to shop with that money somewhere where we actually feel like we are worth something. I would be ashamed.
