Lowest levels of customer service

I am still waiting for my refund on the August order till today Makro never cared to update me about the process cause as usual they doing absolutely nothing of the situation. Another case they sold me a rotten maize meal which they cant even refund also. I will never ever buy anything from this shop after be *****ed my hard earned money and wasted my precious time trying to get them to refund me. I am highly disappointed that i donated my money unwillingly to this shop with total disregard to the clients.
