Low quality boerewors

Ons 2024-11-30 I bought your black Friday special Jacques Kallis Boerewors.

I previously bought Jacques Kallis Boerewors at Makro, it was absolutely tasty, kept its form and quite good value for money.

Unfortunately after I bought your black Friday special, I was quite dissapointed and really mad at the absolute low quality Makro provided as Jacques Kallis Boerewors.

Saturday evening, 30 November 2024, I fried the Boerewors. Much to my dissapointment, there were so much fat and water running out of the boerewors, so much that by the boerewors was cooked, it was less than half the size of the uncooked pieces. Worst of all, it didn't tasted the same as previously bought Jacques Kallis Boerewors.

So Makro sold a product which is really misleading.

The problem is, I repacked and froze the rest of the boerewors much earlier on Saturday, so it is not in the original packaging anymore, and thus I can not return it.

I really would appreciate it if Makro can give me an acceptable answer for this low quality product.
