Lost package??

I’m so disappointed in the lack of customer service oand feedback! My order was scheduled for delivery yesterday. The courier arrived and told me they accidentally placed my order in another vehicle and they’d still deliver it yesterday still. No one has contacted me and it still hasn’t arrived! I’ve called the call centre and store and I was promised to be contacted immediately. *** ***
