Lost hope in Makro Online.

I will never buy from Makro again. I bought 2 LED mirrors from Makro online, the delivery was late by 4 days. Only 1 mirror was delivered by the courier and I immediately called Makro to inform them of the discrepancy and i was told that for them to assist me they must log a return for the delivered mirror instead of of delivering the outstanding mirror and they will refund me. Long story short, the courier arrived to collect the mirror and Makro hasn't contacted me about my refund. It's already Day 3 since the mirror was collected.
