Long overdue response
I bought from Makro Alberton on the 24 November and the voucher that was part of the sake was not honoured. I complained here and got response that it will be sorted. Until today password to M-app still pending. Still no voucher. So I was sold a lie. To make up the sales target. Some companies really deserves to be boycotted.

11 Dec 2017, 16:13Hi Ms Makhanya no offence but this is pathetic. I received the same response from your colleague Ms Zane with the same sentence and I suppose I should be pleased. Not good enough because your floor staff are not even properly trained to deal with these kind of issues.
