Logged return and a month passed still not picked up

I have logged a return on the 16/12/2024 for fridge freezer and today it was not picked up. I made calls every week to follow up and I'm told they send an email for approval. Makro Distribution did not even know that they are suppose to pick up the Fridge. Order number MAK***, it's a Defy 226L.
