LOCLER DELIVER SERVICE A DISGRACE

UTTERLY USELESS. I ordered a Hair Clipper to be delivered from Makro in Ottery to a Locker in Kenilworth nearly one month ago and the website said 5 to 7 days delivery time. I thought this sounded like a neat idea. I have waited almost a month and it still has not been delivered. A friend of mine ordered the exact same article on Takealot.com and it was delivered to his house in two days. This service is an extreme waste of time and aggravation. Calling them is a diabolical waste of time and their excuse is COVID19, I now see that their poor service predated COVID by months. Too bad. It is my intention to ensure that everyone I know is made aware of this utterly *********** disgraceful operation.
