Locker screen not working/ Useless call center

So i ordered a camera to be delivered to a locker. I got an sms to say the order is ready for collection. I drove to the locker but the screen was not working. Utterly disgusted as to why they want me to collect if it is physically impossible to do so. I called their call center who is the most useless. They say i must go back to the locker and phone the locker company and they will open it , like i am siting and doing nothing that i can just jump when Makro tells me to and not forgetting that my order will expire in an hour. Have you ever. What pathetic service is this!!!! Never again will i support this pathetic business.
